Booking & Payment Terms

Recording Sessions:

All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm and secure the session date and time.

Remaining 50% is due before the start of the session.

Minimum booking time is 2 hours.

Mixing & Mastering:

A 50% deposit is required prior to project commencement.

The remaining 50% is due upon completion and delivery of the final files.

No final files will be delivered until full payment is received.

File Submission for Mixing

All stems or multitracks must be delivered:

In dry (unprocessed) format unless otherwise discussed.

Properly labeled (e.g., “Lead_Vox_1.wav”, “Kick.wav”, etc.).

Delivered in WAV or AIFF format at a standard resolution (44.1kHz or higher, 24-bit preferred).

Any incorrectly formatted or mislabeled files may cause delays or incur additional editing fees.
3.
Production Terms

For any songs produced by [Your Name/Studio Name]:

A 50/50 mechanical and publishing split between the Client and Producer applies unless otherwise agreed in writing before the start of the project.

A split sheet or production agreement may be required for publishing registrations.

Credits

The Client agrees to credit [Your Name] appropriately on all platforms where the song is released, including but not limited to:

Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, and social media.

5.
Revisions & Turnaround

Cancellation Policy
